Crafting, quality checking, and packaging your custom item generally takes 3 to 4 business days. After that, actual arrival time depends on where you're located and the shipping option you choose.

The Spotlight isn't designed to be waterproof, so it's best kept away from heavy rain, puddles, or direct washing with water.

Since every Spotlight is built specifically for you, we're unable to offer returns simply because of a change of heart or after you've approved the custom details. That said, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match what you approved, reach out to our team and we'll make things right.

For the best results, use The Spotlight in a dimly lit space. Keep in mind that projection clarity can shift based on distance, the surface it's projected onto, ambient lighting, motion, and the intricacy of the design itself.

Absolutely — cats can be included as long as their collar or harness has a proper spot to attach the device. We suggest double-checking your cat's size, weight, and the attachment setup beforehand.

Each Spotlight is made to order, so it's created only after your design has been confirmed rather than pulled from existing stock.

Once you upload your pet's photo, a preview is typically generated within about a minute, though this can take a bit longer depending on the photo's file size and your internet speed.

Choose a well-lit photo taken straight-on, with your pet's face clearly visible and not blurry, since this gives us the best foundation for the design. Steer clear of dark, out-of-focus, heavily edited, or far-away shots.
